- Articulate biblical presuppositions that will inform and shape their understanding of criminal justice.
- Discuss the basic foundations, concepts and theories of criminology and criminal justice.
- Describe the structure, function and interrelationship of various components of the criminal justice system from local law enforcement agencies to the courts and correctional facilities at the local, state and federal level.
- Describe evaluative and rehabilitative processes in criminal justice.
- Function effectively in applied criminal justice settings.
- Demonstrate an appropriate level of undergraduate preparation for professional careers in criminal justice and graduate school.
