Master of Divinity
You’re not alone. Ministry leaders in the Master of Divinity program at Bethel Seminary want to develop the maturity, depth, and integrity to advance the Gospel in culturally sensitive ways. While strengthening and supporting your personal relationship with God, we hope to equip you to serve and lead in His mission of reconciling the world to Himself.
Whether you are preparing for professional, ordained ministry or other ministry roles, we’ve developed a program that meets your ministry needs.
Our goals for M.Div. students:
- Develop as a whole person—academically, spiritually, and personally
- Establish a solid foundation in Bible and theology from which to work on personal and spiritual formation
- Develop a range of leadership tools and skills
The Master of Divinity program is designed to prepare students for professional ministry in a number of settings. The degree satisfies the prerequisite of the Doctor of Ministry degree and is the commonly recommended theological degree in preparation for other advanced degrees in biblical and theological disciplines.
