The program is designed to train men and women who will be performing the basic discipleship ministries of the church.

Objectives

To enable the students to demonstrate:

1. A general knowledge of the Bible, including a basic understanding of selected books
2. A general knowledge of conservative Christian theology
3. A commitment to Christian discipleship
4. Skills in developing educational programs that are based on the Bible and related to people’s
5. needs
6. Competence in verbalizing the nature of needs of different age-groups, stating Biblical goals,
7. and utilizing proper Biblical and discipleship methods and materials
