Bachelor of Business Administration

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is an excellent program for those who desire a Christ-centered and flexible education. The degree is completed entirely online, and explores business principles in a practical and biblical manner. Students are introduced to different areas of business including management, marketing, entrepreneurship, communication, and finance.

Program Structure

The structure of the program is unique. Classes are either taken in 15-week semesters or 6 month terms, depending on financing. Per federal regulations, students who use financial aid take semester-based classes. Otherwise, you have the option of taking classes within a 6 month term, in which you determine the start date of your classes.

Most students take three classes at a time. Classes have weekly assignment due dates, but no meeting times. The faculty members are professionals in their fields, and share a Christian worldview. They purposefully incorporate faith in their classes. In a recent survey, 100% of students said that their faith has been strengthened by their experience at Taylor.

Course Format

Courses are offered in two formats. Major courses are collaborative study in which students interact through discussion boards. These courses are offered on a rotational basis in the fall, spring, and summer. Courses outside of major requirements are delivered in independent study format in which students work one-on-one with the professor.

In either format, you can work on a class any time of the day, and never have to be online at a specific time. Taylor utilizes Blackboard, a password protected interactive website, as the platform to deliver courses.
