Christian Distance Learning

The M.Ed. with a major in curriculum and instruction is for 21st Century educators. It is grounded in the core propositions of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS). Those propositions are that teachers:

* Are committed to students and their learning
* Know the subjects they teach and how to teach those subjects to students
* Are responsible for managing and monitoring student learning,
* Think systematically about their practice and learn from experience
* Are members of learning communities

This program is available online worldwide or on-ground in groups of 15 or more students anywhere in Kansas. Classes are offered in 6 and 12-week sessions, and the program can be completed in 18 months.
