The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Management (OLAM) online learning degree will develop your abilities to assess organizations and develop innovative and strategic solutions to help them achieve goals through their people.

Online students majoring in Organizational Leadership & Management will take seven (7) required courses through our online degree program. They will also choose one of three emphases: Organizational Leadership, Organizational Management or Healthcare Management.

• Organizational Leadership emphasis is non-quantitative, allowing students to engage in in-depth study of how they can develop as successful organizational leaders.
• Organizational Management emphasis offers students a strong preparation for future graduate studies or for responsible new positions in global organizations.
