If you understand what motivates an organization (or department) and have the tools to measure how well it is doing, then you are in a key position to help shape its success. The Organizational Leadership & Organizational Management degree programs (OLAM) will develop your abilities to assess organizations and develop innovative and strategic solutions to help it achieve goals through its people.
Students majoring in Organizational Leadership & Management will take nine (9) required courses. They also choose one of two emphases: Leadership or Management.
- Leadership emphasis is non-quantitative, allowing students to engage in in-depth study of how they can develop as successful organizational leaders.
- Management emphasis offers students a strong preparation for future graduate studies or for responsible new positions in global organizations.
As you pursue your degree in OLAM you will learn:
