Messenger College believes that the Word of God is the integrating element in all educational processes of the College. Emphasis is placed on a balance between four essential components in the education process: Academic, Physical, Spiritual, and Practical, each of which is integrated with a Biblical world view.

On the one hand, Messenger College has endeavored to cut through the huge morass of unnecessary trappings that have traditionally shackled the educational process of missionaries and ministers. On the other hand, Messenger College recognizes the imperative for laborers to be thoroughly trained and equipped, ready to meet the complex challenges that each will face on the field. Messenger College is committed to a well-grounded preparation in the practice of ministry. Therefore, we are committed to giving each student practical experience in ministry in order that he/she will become genuinely effective in whatever vocation he/she enters. Each student is required to participate in a Student Ministry Practicum.
