The Master of Arts in International Leadership degree is designed to provide graduate level training for students who are preparing to work in a cross-cultural environment or wish to further their education and pursue doctoral level work in international education programs.

Those currently serving on the mission field or who have a desire to enter the mission field will also benefit greatly from this program, but the reach of our international education programs extends to all who work in a context, in the U.S. and overseas, that requires the ability to be an effective “culture broker.” To provide additional specialization with the program, students in our masters of international studies program will declare an emphasis based upon their career and personal goals. Emphases are offered in:
