The Master of Arts in Educational Leadership is designed to:

• Prepare graduates for leadership roles in public and private educational organizations
• Develop an understanding of relationship of learning as it relates to the classroom setting
• Integrate the models of leadership with faith, educational environments and human resources
• Promote performance and effectiveness in designing, managing, and evaluating the educational setting

Prerequisites: Twelve undergraduate credits in education
