A collaborative learning initiative in missional theology and practice through an extension education offering of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne - the Doctor of Ministry in Christian Outreach (D.Min.). This is the highest professional degree for clergy in North America and focuses on the intersection between theology and practice, combining theological growth with critical reflection on the practice of ministry. This program will be conducted on CSP?s campus through a series of two-week sessions spread over a three year period. Pastors will gain new competencies for outreach through conversation with specialists in Lutheran missional theology and interact with colleagues in ministry.
