The M.A. in Transformational Leadership is specifically designed for those in a variety of ministry contexts—from traditional to cutting-edge—who want to take their ministry to wherever God is calling.

Our students are passionate about their ministry context and see seminary as an opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge needed to take their ministry to the next level.

In the Transformational Leadership program, we focus on:

• Strong biblical foundations. Hermeneutics, exegesis, and theology
• 4-R approach to leadership. Relationships, roles, responsibilities, and results
• Application of practical course material to current ministry settings
