the practice of ministry.

ministry. The D.Min. program seeks to develop within its participants the following
competencies and program outcomes:
A. An advanced understanding of the nature and purpose of ministry.
B. Enhanced competencies in ministerial skills.
C. The integration of these dimensions into the theologically reflective practice of
ministry.
D. New knowledge about the practice of ministry.
E. Continued growth in spiritual maturity.
