Inspired by the promise of Christ's soon return, the Doctor of Ministry program at Andrews University is designed to develop spiritually mature and responsible professionals in ministry for worldwide church leadership.

The program has proved itself a global leader for over two decades in developing leaders for the Seventh-day Adventist Church and the wider Christian Community.

Structure

The Doctor of Ministry is an advanced degree program for professionals in ministry. It is designed as an extension program, and can be accomplished while a minister continues full-time work in the field.

The program is built on the foundation of an MDiv degree or the equivalent, and is comprised of a total of 32 semester credits, 26 of which are for course work, and six for the dissertation/project.

Program participants should choose a concentration, which will usually be delivered in a cohort format.

Pastoral Ministry (taught in Spanish)

Urban Ministries
